How Our Training Works
Our program is very simple. It is designed to accommodate the expert and the novice Internet user. You may log onto our web site, "Register Online" and begin working on-line immediately. 
Access
When you register, you choose your own password and username to gain immediate access to the program.
Important Notices
If you received a traffic citation and have a Commercial Drivers License (CDL), this course may not be taken for point reduction/removal.
Effective July 1,2005 the and Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles will assess points to all individuals with a CDL whether or not the violation occurred in a private or commercial vehicle.
If you possess a Commerical Drivers License (CDL), this course may be taken for personal fulfillment and edification only. NO POINTS WILL BE REMOVED for the completion of this course by any diver with a CDL.
This course can be taken for Insurance Discount Purposes. (F.S. 627.06501)
This program does not satisfy the 8 Hour Aggressive Driver Course or the Driving While Licenses Suspended course.

Taking the Course
The course is divided into seventeen modules. At the end of each module, there are simple review questions. Once you read through the materials and answer and submit the review questions, you will then answer and submit the final exam. The computer will grade the tests for you and you will know immediately if you have passed. You need to get 80% or more correct to pass.
Upon successful completion, you will have immediate access to your original certificate. The certificate will be sent within one (1) business day. The cost includes the entire program and the certificate — NO HIDDEN FEES. If you do not pass, you will be able to retake our program immediately by paying a re-take fee of $15 (which allows you to retake the test 3 extra times).
Features
We created our program to be as convenient as possible for the student. It is designed as a four (4) hour program, but you work at your own pace. You may complete the program in one sitting or use your access code many times and complete the reading in increments of time, according to your own schedule. You may also print out the review questions first and answer them in writing as you read through the curriculum. The goal is for you to comprehend and absorb the materials.
Be sure to submit your answers within 4-5 days prior to your completion due date so we can deliver the certificate to you on time. If the certificate must be rushed, a "rush fee" may apply. At any rate, we can complete your certificate within a couple hours notice, if necessary!

- Florida Statute (F.S) 322.095 - traffic law and substance abuse education program for first time Florida driver license applicants.
- Successful completion of a traffic law and substance abuse course is required by Florida state law for all first time drivers desiring to obtain a learner’s drivers license.
The D.A.T.E online course reduces the number of persons killed and injured on highways by helps drivers of all ages become well-informed and responsible. The program covers state laws, the effects of alcohol and drugs on driving and techniques for avoiding crashes.
How Our Training Works

Access
When you register, you will be given a test key to gain immediate access to the program. Student must be a resident of the state of Florida and is at least 14 years old at the time of course registration. Student needs to be aware that this program must be completed within 90 days of receipt of access to course site.
Taking the Course
The course is divided into three sections.

Features
The online course requires a total of four (4) hours of course time. At the end of four hours a 40 question multiple choice test must be passed to complete the course and allow your completion information to be transmitted electronically to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. You must answer 32 of the 40 questions correctly to pass the exam.
After registering, completing the course and passing the final test, your information will be transmitted electronically to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and appear in their system in approximately 48 hours of completion. You will NOT receive a certificate.
Once you register you will have 90 days to complete the course. You may take the course at any time of day and pause or exit the course at any time. If you exit the course or have your Internet connection disrupted your total time spent at that point is recorded. You may re-enter the course by entering your test key and you will be redirected back to the position in the course where you exited.!

El estudiante debe ser un residente del estado de Florida y debe tener por lo menos 14 años en el momento de la registración. Rasgos
El curso en línea requiere un total de cuatro (4) horas. Al final de cuatro horas una prueba de 40 preguntas de seleccion múltiple debe pasarse para completar el curso y permitir transmitir su información electrónicamente al Departamento de Florida de Seguridad de la Carretera y Vehículos de Motor. Usted debe contestar 32 de las 40 preguntas correctamente para pasar el examen.
